A new update for NBA 2K14 has arrived bringing a bunch of new items, roster updates and more.
In preparation for the upcoming NBA All-Star game, 2K Sports has added the 2014 All-Star uniforms and an updated NOLA court for the event. The new official NBA Spalding ball with the signature of Adam Silver on it is also included.
Roster Changes
- Players returning from injuries are the following:
- Clippers: Chris Paul
- Jazz: Derrick Favors
- Nets: Andrei Kirilenko
- Magic: Ronnie Price
- Rockets: Omer Asik & Francisco Garcia
- Deactivated due to injuries suffered recently:
- Warriors: David Lee
- Lakers: Nick Young & Jodie Meeks
- Bucks: Caron Butler & O.J. Mayo
- Knicks: Kenyon Martin
- Trail Blazers: Mo Williams
- Official rosters for both East and West All-Stars. With Kobe Bryant not playing, 2K Sports deactivated him in the West lineup and put James Harden as a starter.
- New NBA Spalding basketball with new commissioner Adam Silver signature
- Uniforms: Added 2014 East and West All-Star short-sleeved jerseys
- Court: Added NBA All-Star 2014 New Orleans arena. Includes new floor, stadium and dornas (sideline ads).
- Unlocked Nike ASG Shoes: KD VI All-Star, LeBron XI All-Star and Kobe 9 Elite ASG “Maestro”. 2K didn't include the files yet, so these shoes will appear white/grey in 2K Shoes.

According to Ronnie2K, the Rockets logo will be fixed in the next update.
PC users
The All-star teams are not available by default in quick game mode, but you can use the modified roster included in the patch below to unlock those teams.

Xbox 360 and PS3 users
The update will only reflect in Association and MyCareer mode since the All-Star teams are NOT playable in the quick game mode, unlike in the next-gen version (PS4 and Xbox One).
