The February 16th roster update for NBA 2K14 is now available for download on all platforms. Nothing much has changed since the last update. I just thought I'd put this up for those who want the latest offline update package for PC.
I also added a custom roster in the pack with unlocked East and West All-Stars. Just load the roster and they will appear as regular teams in the team selection menu.
Note: Roster.ROS = Official 2K roster | All-Stars 2014.ROS = Unlocked East and West All-Stars
