How to use / install:
1. Extract the compressed file using 7zip or Winrar program.
2. Copy the .STG file into NBA 2K13 Saves folder which can be found under NBA 2K13 roaming folder.
3. Open NBA 2K13 then go to "Options" > "Load / Save" > "Load" > Select the Realistic Game Sliders.
NBA 2K13 Saves Folder:
Press Windows key + R then type %AppData%. Open 2K Sports > NBA 2K13 > Saves
