If you want to use the away version follow the steps
1. Delete the "r4h015.Iff" on nba 2k12 folder
2.Rename the "r4h015.Iff.Away" to "r4h015.Iff"
To use to home version again repeat the steps
above but rename the "r4h015.Iff.Home"
This jersey is best to use without Shadow Mod. You can unlock all the jerseys / uniforms by using this settings - "Unlock All Settings"
To Install: Paste the .iff files into your NBA 2K12 game / main folder.
