- 140 New Retro Portraits added – courtesy Nuhmete (some of these are for the 93/98/99 Mods too)
- Added 5 new cyberfaces
- Fixed a couple of minor glitches (Sonics Arena wasn’t working for some people)
- Current NBA Teams Rosters up to date as of Sunday July 21st, 2012 @ 2:00ET.
Major Updates in V23:
- Fixed all big men (PFs/Cs/Some SFs) who were getting the ball on inbounds passes and acting like PGs
- 11 new retro courts added (02Bos, 94GS, 76NY, 74DET, 62CIN, 56/62PHI, 55FTW, 55SYR, - 52ROC, 48BAL, 47 PHI
- 10 new current cyberfaces added / 4 new current portraits / 22 new retro cyberfaces added – courtesy RLAMBERT
Major Updates in V22:
- Fixed a glitch with random players showing up when viewing individual box scores in association mode
- 5 more rookie CFs added (Hummel/Crowder/James/Denmon/Claver-Eda) + 1 FA cyberface (Dyson) – -courtesy Kieran

Major Updates in V21:
- Added portraits for the rest of the 2nd round rookies and EVERY SINGLE player on a current team or in the FA list
- Edited all of the rookie players to give them their correct numbers / tweaked some rookies
Fixed an error with the 2000’s Legend team / fixed an error with New York and Denver’s 2nd round draft picks
- 9 new retro courts added / 10+ new cyberfaces added (rookies / historical)
- Added Vannwolfhawk’s playbooks for better accuracy – thanks man!
Major Updates in V20:
- 1 new team added (1994-1995 Timberwolves)
- All draft picks 1-60 were added to their correct teams. 50 out of the 60 draft picks have portraits and many have cyberfaces as well. I added a handful of undrafted rookie free agents to the free agent pool too (with portraits).
- 30+ additional players were added to the current teams/free agents. That the Official2K updates had left out.
- Added 11 new sets of real retro jerseys and assigned them to appropriate teams (55 Pistons, 58 Hawks, 50’s/60’s Royals, 60/65 Celtics, 67 Warriors, 70 Bullets, 74 Pistons, 82 Nuggets, 93 Clippers). Some jerseys were also touched up.
- Added 55+ new portraits (15 more rookies, legendary coaches, retro players etc) & 25+ new cyberfaces.
- Multiple player tweaks and editing big men who were dribbling the ball up the court were fixed.
